Anyone thinking of buying or renting in Sharm El
Sheikh. As an owner of property in Sharm, if I could
give you one piece of advice it would be give George
Ellias as Butterfly Real Estate a ring first, We
first met George some 3 Years ago when looking for
an apartment, As a holiday home as first and to
retire to later. After being given the run around by
2 other firms, (You know the thing “Pick you up
tomorrow?”) no show!! We were to give up when we
were given George number, our lucky day.
From the start George was a great help keeping his
appointments on time, if he says 10:00 Monday he
means 10:00 Monday so don’t be late. He showed us
different apartment with no presser to buy, till we
found the one we wanted. He then guided us through
the buying process, Lawyers Visas... Etc, keeping us
updated every step of the way.

its people. Being an Egyptian living and working in
Sharm for some years and with years experience in
